Color or count is off

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. We re-pour the bag or credit you. Re-pours go ahead of new orders. Send a photo if you can; it helps us match the color.

Changes after we start

Once pouring starts, a change needs your okay on any new cost before we go on.

Mold and design fees

These cannot be refunded once mold work has started.

Refunds

A refund goes back to the card you paid with. It shows under My account once it is done.
