How do in-stock bags ship?

Bags on the shelf go out by USPS or UPS with tracking. You get the tracking number by email.

How long does pour to order take?

5 to 10 business days from your order. Then it ships with tracking.

How long does a new mold take?

3 to 6 weeks, because we source the mold. The mold fee is quoted up front, as its own line.

How does a custom request work?

You send the idea, with a photo if you have one. We review it within 1 business day. You get a price by email with a pay link. Nothing is charged until you say yes.

Is there a minimum?

Each mold has a minimum number of bags. The pour-to-order page shows it. Under the minimum, try the sample pack: one bag each of three colors.

How are baits bagged?

By color, in 10, 15 or 20 counts. Every bag is labeled with the style, length, color name and your order number.

What does shipping cost?

$7.95 per order, by USPS or UPS with tracking. Pickup is free: Local pickup, Downtown Snohomish. We will text you to set a time.

What about sales tax?

Sales tax is 9.3% on the baits, added at checkout.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery if a color or count is off. We re-pour it or credit you. Re-pours go ahead of new orders.

Can I change an order?

Changes after pouring starts need your okay on any new cost. Mold and design fees cannot be refunded once mold work has started.

How do I sign in?

With a code we email you. No password. Your account is made when you buy or send a request, so there is nothing to sign up for.
